I have to say the service was second to non, from the manager, the drivers collecting the vehicle and to Reece on the phone updating me along the way. If I was to need any repair work done on my vehicle again, Halo will be my first choice.
An absolutely amazing job done repairing the damage to our car. No fuss and repaired very quickly. Would have been even quicker had they not had to wait for a part from the manufacturer. Extremely pleasant staff and very slick and professional. Once you have the local halo number all is superb but when you have to ring their central 0345 number there is a very long waiting time.
Really pleased with my experience with these guys at the Blackburn branch pleasant polite and efficient Had the car back quickly and very friendly I would recommend them
