Went last Monday for transit van tyres. Very good price on the buy 4, Charlie the fitter really nice and chatty guy. Lost a star because the guy in the office really miserable. Sat there for an 1 1/2 hrs in silence no small talk, nothing.
Real 5 star service. My garage wanted to charge me £390 for a new battery. The technician at Halfords checked it and showed me the result, 100%. Honest and helpful.
Had some work done to my Touran AirCon, and reception team were super helpful and Jordan and Alan in the garage went one level up on my scale of excellence….superb expertise overall experience. Highly recommended!
After having my bulbs fitted at the Halfords shop and them being incorrectly installed 2 times I thought I'd take it to Halfords Autocentre. Great service offered a coffee and seat while I wait. Thomas did an amazing job as I know how difficult the Audi are to change bulbs due to the room in the bonnet. He spent a while figuring out the problem and I could see he was throughly checking the headlight it's self and the positioning of the bulbs. He did it and fair play to him 👏 you're a super star 🌟 Great service from all and the guys on reception.
