After online searching, and booking, via phone had I need to have a conversation with someone which turned out to be the manager Paul. Extremely helpful and very patient of an old foggy getting some key details wrong. Nothing was too much trouble. He put me right and then subsequently made sure the service and replacement tires were fitted on schedule. Very cleanly!. His positive ahd cheerful manner was replicated in full, in person, when settling the account. A Very gratifying retail experience all round. Wouldn't have any hesitation about making this my first port of call in the future.
My poor car 'Gerald' failed his MOT but it's an easy fix and the team at Halfords were absolutely spot on, very professional and helpful, explained everything that needed doing and booked me in at a time that was suitable for us both, no dramas!! Definitely recommend, great job!! I'll be back!
Had a battery fitted by Halfords Southwick in Dec ! Unfortunately due to the weather and lack of use of the vehicle the battery was dead in Jan 25! However, the can do attitude of the staff especially Sarah who arranged for the battery to be check to ensure it was not a poor battery that was fitted and its this type of customer care is not often seen in the motor trade! Thank You
Easy booking of appointment on line , good service however the technician could not look into my concerns about cabin heating issues due to the appointment being on Saturday as short staffed
Good experience at Halfords autocentre at Inkerman Street Sunderland on 28th November. Service and MOT done, staff were great and very helpful. I definitely recommend them
