Dropped my car off for some work that needed doing and it was ready to collect just over an hour later. Have been using this branch since I moved to the area and never have any issues with MOT/Service etc & Nat is super friendly and approachable
took my Jeep Renegade into Halfords, Watling Street, Tamworth today because I thought my tyre had a slow puncture. Natalie on the reception desk is lovely and because everyone was at lunch she put my car on the ramps herself and she found I had a nail in the side wall so unfortunately I had to buy a new tyre. She mentioned that the courier was actually on his way to pick up tyres as they didn’t have my tyres in stock so she rang the man collecting the tyres and asked him to wait while she ordered my tyre rather than me have to go home and come back the next day. After a little while the tyre was on their premises and the technician Richard fitted it for me and I was on my way again. I feel that Natalie went above and beyond for me, she is very professional and helpful and without her help I would have missed an important appointment and would have had to go back the next day. Thank you so much Natalie for your professionalism and efficiency, it was much appreciated.
