Whilst there, I advised I required a service and he recommended one suitable for the mileage since my previous one (just an oil change!) he also arranged for my vehicle to be collected for the service, in advance. My vehicle passed the MOT, with a few small advisories and these were explained to me in an understandable manner! Will be recommending this garage to friends and family! Thanks ☺️

Come here to get my car latch and sensor replaced due to it being broken and setting my alarm off all through the night, contacted Halfords and was so impressed how fast they could get me in , fixed my cars latch in 3 hours and was ready for collection same day! Very impressed by the amazing customer service and had a good laugh with the front desk staff, unfortunately couldn’t remember names , but they were all amazing! Especially the older gentleman handling with updates and payment. Thank you so much and I will definitely be recommending you and using again! :)
Really helped me out when I needed my car sorted for a holiday. Very helpful, honest and friendly. Thanks guys.
I CANNOT thank the guys at Halfords enough. I had a completely flat tyre while i was out with my 14 month old son. Called Stourbridge autos as they were closest to me and they point blank refused to help as they were "too busy" Call up halfords & spoke to Bob and honestly they were all fantastic. Changed my tyre for me and were so friendly and helpful. Thanks so much guys 🩵
