It is easy to book an appointment online to have work done. The staff are all very pleasant, helpful and the work was done efficiently and quickly. As this place is on a retail park it’s great to be able to go shopping or for a coffee while the work is being done. I got a telephone call when my car was ready for collection. All round a great service.
Excellent service by the wonderful staff at Halfords Autocentre in Shirley. After foolishly overfilling my oil, they fit me in last minute, drained the excess oil with friendly service and minimal fuss! Would definitely recommend!
Brandon fitting my headlight and was very polite and welcoming from the get go, talked me through the process and now i feel comfortable to be able to do it myself! A good representation of the branch and very much appreciated for what he did for me!
The mechanics at the garage were so helpful with the issue I had. Other places make you jump through hoops but they sorted my problem and gave the car a once over. Ever so grateful thanks 🤩
