Booked in for a service, but was aware my battery was problematic so had that checked at the same time. It needed replacing so one was sourced. All fitted and done at the same time. Was even advised to join their Motoring Club (for FREE!) as it came with a £5 welcome voucher. Oh, and a cup of coffee provided, and friendly chat while I waited! Can't recommend highly enough! Special mentions to Anthony on the desk, Tyrone the mechanic, and the young chap who spent a long time explaining about why the start/stop function on my car doesn't work, all first class, thank you!
Top service, I was planning to drive to London 10/2 and when I got to my car, the battery was completely dead. I spoke to mazda who refused to help as it was too close to closing time (1 hour until close) so chanced visiting Halfords and they went above and beyond for me, going to another site to collect a compatible battery and then fitting it all within 45 mins. Thank you so much to everyone who helped yesterday!

Friendly and relaxed atmosphere.The time it would take to carry out the work was clearly explained.Upon our return the vehicle was ready,and sound advice was given as to probable work that would be required, in the near future, together with a written quote. Will definitely be booking a further appointment to arrange for work to be undertaken.
Got to say, booking an appointment was very quick and easy The price for tyres and wheel alignment, balancing and brake check were decent to be fair, Hand over was easy enough and didn’t take to long . Dropped the car off at 08:30 and got it back by 13:30 Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, Defo be taking my car there again, Thank you LA16
