Took my car down for an MOT and the chap who looked at it was very helpful and advised on arrival it may take a bit longer due to being busy. I didn’t mind as I had jobs to be done in the town centre and when I got the car back, I had the advisory’s and all of these were explained. Booking was easy and the chaps were friendly!
A+ for customer service, knowledge and value. I would give 6 stars if I could. Very good communication to keep me updated in a situation where an MOT turned into a bigger job, and really appreciate their effort to complete the work even faster than was expected and exactly to the price quoted. They even fixed a loose light fitting over my number plate for free 😊 Highly recommended.
Went for my MOT, nice team there, quiet in morning when I dropped car off, best time I think, road might get busy as on one way route. Limited bays so probably best you book in first...
