I required the fitting of a replacement sidelight bulb which sounds like a quick easy job. It clearly wasn’t but Sheldon dealt with it immediately with no fuss. I was really impressed with his view that life is all about helping each other. How true! Well done Sheldon! This is the second time he has helped me out with a light bulb issue and dealt with in the same cheerful, helpful fashion. Thank you very much!
Had four Michelin tyres fitted at an incredible price. Much cheaper than competitors as I got 20% off the listed price. Simon and Liam and another technician fitted them. Brilliant job and they even cleaned the black marks from the old balancing pads so the rims looked amazing. Would I go back - 100% I would as I would recommend them to anybody. First time I used Halfords and will definitely be using them again. Thanks guys for amazing customer service 👍🏻
I recently visited the Halfords Autocenter after noticing a strange noise coming from my car, and I have to say the service I received was exceptional! Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Sheldon and his team, who were incredibly friendly and attentive. Despite the short notice, they took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue, showing outstanding customer care and professionalism throughout the process. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, the problem was quickly identified and resolved, allowing me to drive away with confidence the same day. Huge thank you to the entire team—it’s truly appreciated! Highly recommended.
I booked for MOT on my old mondeo but the mechanic did an extra mile. Fixed the small noise on my car and changed the headlight for free because it is not alligned. He did not even mention it, i only noticed it went better after collection....
