Dropped off my son's car for an MOT returned and hour later to collect only to be told it failed! Receptionist quickly arrange a technician to have a look but unable to repair but he advised me what it required. I fixed at home and booked a retest later in the day. Very impressed with all the staff.
I would like to say how appreciated, I was of thease guys , my car is my world as I'm a disabled lady, who so relys on her car ,I took for normal m.o.t ,and failed on something very serious ,they comforted .me and told me they would do what ever they could to help,and for me the went above and beyond ,I'm so appreciated fir their kindness and support and understanding , thankyou so so much. for getting my car back to me giving me mobility, would recommend to all yours j finch
