We had to have a roof box (with all necessary accoutrements) fitted at short notice and Alex and his colleagues did the job speedily and efficiently, and afterwards Alex spent a lot of time ensuring that we understood how the various fittings and box worked before going on our way. We felt very much cared for and valued. Thank you.
Above and beyond. All staff very helpful, Richard helped me choose the right size bike for myself. The bike is a dream to ride and very good value for money. I would recommend anyone going to Halfords if they are looking for a bike. All sizes and all prices.
Amazing service. I went in for a simple bulb change. My lock mechanism basically broke when I put the key in and had fallen behind the grill. Lovely guy called Richard that works here managed to get my bonnet opened with the help of a colleague. Then put the lock mechanism back together for me and was able to do the bulb. Could have easily sent me to away to get my lock sorte because it was a pig of a job. Have never used Halfords before but I'll be back for sure.
Had excellent care from staff at Halfords Weymouth today. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was professional polite and empathetic. A you man called Reece was exceptional. Thank you.
