The technician went out of his way to advise me and carried out the fitting without fuss. He went through its operation and did a cracking job. And the coast was great too !
Halfords at the Sears Retail Park still offer the now 'old fashioned customer service'. I'm 69 and got in a mess over a dashcam changeover when I bought a new car. Amanda the deputy manager looked after me and personally got me a deal to put it all back on track and saved me money in the process. She didn't have to, but she chose to. Would highly recommend if you want to be treated like a paying customer should be.
Went in to the store and was met by a lovely lady with bright pink hair at the desk. Zaakir looked at my windscreen wipers, figured out there wasn’t a problem with them and just needed a wipe down with some glass cleaner. I’ve always received a very good service whenever I’ve gone into this store
Jude did an amazing job, so knowledgeable, helpful, most polite & efficient, my silver Peugeot 308 had a full check up & light changed in seconds. Brilliant job & lovely young man, wish him all the best.
