Friendly staff and cleanliness in the premises. I recommend it to everyone. I also want to say that there is free parking for store customers.
I recently visited to collect my order, and I was impressed by the excellent customer service. The lady at the till was very friendly and helpful. Although she was unsure about a question I asked, she promptly consulted her colleague to ensure I received the right information. The technician was also very professional, completing the 5-Point Check efficiently. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a smooth and pleasant experience!
All the staff were really helpful. My car battery was changed by Dave. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. I was a bit anxious before I went, but I left feeling very happy and assured. My compliments to him and all your staff at South Ruislip branch.
