Absolutely wonderful service at Halfords Bracknell. From the lovely receptionist who booked me in to leaving with job done and a totally satisfied customer! Arrived 45 mins early to have a bulb replaced - not a problem - seen immediately. Wasn’t a bulb but a connection issue - not a problem. Offered a refund for the bulbs but kept them just in case. George was amazing - obviously knew his stuff and attention to detail and customer empathy first rate. Thank you Team you all deserve a medal!
I went for wiper blades, found what I needed via the access tablet offered, went to pay and Pharrell did a double check with the result that I might need a different blade. The man whose name I did not get who checked the wiper found I was correct and expertly fitted the blades for me. A very smooth process, thanks to all.
The Bracknell branch has regularly disappointed for sundry reasons, but it's saving grace has always been the gentleman running the checkout. However, today my wiper replacement service was carried out by a young lad who knows what he's doing also. Between them I was dealt with amiably, efficiently and expediently. Bravo, thank you. I feel comfortable about maintaining business with Halfords because of their conduct.
