I very rarely write reviews but I just had to for the Service I received from Michael. Michael is courteous, polite and takes the time to explain any issues. I spent around 25-30 minutes talking to Michael as he was telling me more about my Car and the Common Problems with a Printout of essential information. As I entered Hackney Service Centre Ltd Michael was Friendly, Welcoming & Very Patient! Michael provided me with both a Personal & Professional service. I was provided a Printout of the Data Stream & Vehicle Diagnostic Report and he explained everything to me in depth. He went into detail on the the Mechanical side of things and advised what he thinks the issue might be. Exceptional level of Customer Service 👌.
Had a problem with a fuel pipe and they identified and fixed it quickly at a good price. Also had MOT done here at the same time. They were very trustworthy, honest, easy to talk to and diagnosed the problem on the phone. The place is very modern, clean and more like a car showroom that a greasy garage. Will come here again in the future without fail, nice to finally find an honest reliable garage. Thank you!
Michael provides both a very personal & professional service and is still able to maintain that personal touch... His Mechanics are both very experienced and knowledgeable; as is Michael himself.. They empathise with you as car owner, work around your schedule, and always advise on repair costs beforehand. They were able to diagnose and resolve the airbag warning light on the dashboard; which involved the removal of steering wheel, and the replacement of defective cable/circuitry which had become ‘open circuit’ – all this at a very reasonable price. two years later, my car is still working perfectly :) Their Surgically clean Garage environment, equipped with modern diagnostic facilities reflects their work ethics Thank you, to Michael and the Mechanics !! see you at my next MOT
I have been using this garage for many years now and would not take my car anywhere else. Michael is very trustworthy about any works needing to be done and has never overcharged. He and his team are very experienced and welcoming and I would not hesitate to recommend the Centre to anyone looking for a good service.
