Goes the extra mile, extremely knowledgable and completely transparent. Often, there is a worry in case a garage will overcharge, but there is no such worry with Germaine. We are very lucky to know Germaine.
I took my car here for a major service and a brakes all round. The price was the very good and the service you get is excellent. If you are looking for a reliable mechanic look no further Germaine is your guy. Thanks again for sorting my car out at a great price will not use any other garage now .
Absolutely fantastic service!! I don’t know where to start… Germaine is the most genuine person in this business I’ve taken my current and previous cars to him and they’ve been faultless ever since. I’ve been ripped off and messed around by many other companies but Germaine is a top man! From little jobs to big jobs, He’s recently sourced and changed my gearbox on my fiesta and carried out my regular service and i got it back only a few hours after dropping it off!! Price is exceptional and i would never take my current and future cars anywhere else. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From Me
Took my car in yesterday expecting a huge bill and a long wait (previous experiences with other garages) , my car was fixed and back on the road in 5 hrs. And cost was soooo good. My car is working best it's been in years. Highly recommend & if I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you for a great experience and service
Where to start I brought a car from a dealer in Leicster to find out that it was a complete lemon. As I am awaiting a payout from the dealer via court. I had no choice but to get it fixed. I called up GS Autos to get a quote on the head gasket, much to my surprise it was no where near what I originally thought. Germaine told me to set aside a x amount, whilst this was being fixed, we found other issues with the engine. Germaine called me to come and have a look. Much to my surprise the cost come in cheaper than originally quoted still. Since then I have had other issues with my car from gasket manifold to nearly all track rod ends, bull joints wheel bearings and many other bits and pieces. Each time I call up he always manages to fit me in, even arranging someone to collect my car for me. I have not had a single issue nor have I ever been disappointed in the service or the price Germaine has giving me. I feel incredibly lucky to of come across this gem of a garage and after quotes from other local garages prior to using this one I can safely say I would never use another garage in Kettering apart from this one. Amazing mechanic.
