Fixed my issues promptly, I went in with what I thought was a coolant leak but they correctly identified it was the cooling fan for the engine that had broken, and additionally the oil filter needed replacing. Cost just over £300 for both, which is fair. I give 4 stars rather than 5 as the first mechanic I interacted with had made a bit of a cruel joke about all my bonus on my salary going to go straight to them for the fix which felt a bit unnecessary 🙃
Highly recommend. Noticed a rattling noise when I braked. Took my car to kwikfit to get a quote, they said I needed 2 new front brake discs and pads, quoted me £300, even said I shouldn't be driving on them. I took my car to Grove lane and they did a full check, even cleaned them and took it for a test drive. Turns out there was nothing wrong with the brakes, just some debris on them causing the noise. They were 100% honest when they could have easily charged me for new brake discs when I didn't need them. (They charged me nothing (not even labour costs). Whole process took less than 2 hours, even rang me within the hour to tell me nothing was wrong with the car. 100% recommend, spot on blokes as well. All the best.
Been back for my mot and some other bits. I also needed 4 tyres and having checked the cost Dan gave me a price for Davanti mid range. I have to say I have had Avon and Pirelli but these Davanti are so quiet. Always great service and I can see why you have to book a couple of weeks in front
Must highly recommend this garage. I had a Engine management light on dashboard took car to garage and was Greeted by Dan who was very friendly and polite booked car in for a Diagnostic scan results was found very quickly in faulty egr valve I received a call from Dan with a quote for part replacement .which was very reasonable price picked car back up from garage after receiving a call from Dan all parts and labour covered by a 2 year guarantee .I will be using this garage in the future.
If you want your car repaired and safe in the knowledge it's been done right, then this is the garage for you. I've been coming here for years, had my gear box refurbished on my Golf GTI and it's better than ever! The people here know what they are talking about and they won't rip you off, very honest people. This is the only garage to put your car into this side of Leeds, well in my eyes Yorkshire. Put your car in here and you won't be disappointed with the work done on your vehicle.
