Even though it took just a bit longer than expected, they have completed a titanic work with great quality. I am happy of the service and how the whole process went from start to end. I apologize for my latest unsatisfactory survey result, I was the one not paying attention to details.
Left car for 1st service….booking easy, check in through the link, left key in the box, collected key from the box after the service…didn’t have to tak to anyone…nice and easy…no issues
I was highly impressed with the professionalism and knowledgeable techs at BMW. Amit at the Ruislip BMW branch service centre I was particularly impressed with, I brought my BMW in for a recall and Amit took the time to explain everything that would be carried out on the car. He was very patient and polite with me and represented the brand very well. I was recommended to the Ruislip branch as my colleague at work had received excellent service from Amit and came hugely recommended. The same cannot be said about the Borehamwood branch I had to cancel my recall appointment there as they were clueless at Borehamwood branch and Borehamwood did not give the confidence to leave such a expensive car.
