Absolutely first class repairs. The guys there really know their stuff to not waste your money and time with the experience to provide cost effective options and repairs.
Have been using these guys for years after an expensive mistake by another local garage. They are great, always happy to help, don't take the p*ss and never messed me around. Cannot fault them, now they look after all my families cars
Not sure what service I should head it under but it was a replacement Intercooler pipe! Was recommended to use this garage as they are the only independent Vauxhall specialists and I had been let down by my usual garage (plus Vauxhall Germany). Visited Craig and Russell where Craig sourced the part on eBay which I bought direct. Although my husband Ian was with me, I was not made to feel uncomfortable as a woman owner. The part was fitted quickly with the MOT booked for the following week. Proper business, hands on and good pricing. So, so pleased we’ve found Griffin Autos and Craig and Russell. Thanks guys
Excellent customer service - we arrived unannounced with a potential issue we just discovered with our car (not even a Vauxhall) and Russell was most gracious to offer to help us out by taking a quick look and applied a fix to resolve the problem. We are very grateful to Russell and Griffin Garage.
