The best service I've had from any garage that's serviced my Audis in the UK, SIngapore or France! Particular thanks go to the superlative service, technical knowledge and friendliness of Luke and Ricki 🙏🙏. I am leaving the country in a few days and my Audi a4 Avant decided to go into Limp mode 7 days before my flight. I also needed to sell the car, so with the clock ticking and a busy garage schedule they still managed to fit my car in earlier than initially planned, kept me informed throughout the process and are just really good people. And the price was ao much more competitive than e.g. when I went to the Syntner Garage in Slough. Thoroughly recommend! Thank you.
Engine Warning light appeared on my Jaguar F-Type, searched internet for some information on Jaguar servicing in my area. Great Holland was listed so decided to read reviews. All Reviews seemed to good to be true, believe me the Reviews could not be more accurate. After a quick phone call, Lisa at front desk could not have been more helpful and reassuring. She managed to squeeze my car in almost as soon as i arrived, the guys in the workshop had the car diagnostic equipment fitted instantly to find the fault(s). The checks were taking a short time to process so after being offered tea ,coffee ,water etc I was offered a lift home from another member of the staff. The car was ready for collection within two hours with all faults cleared. By far the best service i have ever had, I would 100% recommend Great Hollands to anyone looking for their car servicing needs attended to. I for one will use them for all my future Servicing and repair needs from now on. Many thanks again to Lisa and the whole team. Update, Engine light on again, quick call to garage. fitted me in for a check almost straight away. Call back to tell me the results and cost of repair. The service is excellent. Thanks again
I was upset about my car breaking down, just off the motorway, my breakdown company brought my car back to this garage as I had used them once before for work on my car. They were so kind and supportive, and reassured me they would have a good look at the car to see what was wrong and they would sort it. They kept me fully informed of what the problem was, the cost before they started, and what they were going to do. I will be happy to use them again when needed, and I feel I can trust them which is very important..I have no hesitation in recommending them, am very pleased with their service.
Got my car in the same day. The team were very helpful, kind, and respectful. I will definitely be going there again and would highly recommend them.
