Craig Stevenson, the Transaction Manager, made the buying process straightforward and was honest and supportive every step of the way. Everything he promised was exactly as described, which made the purchase smooth and reassuring. Rishi Solanki, the Aftersales Executive, took excellent care of the servicing and was always kind and attentive. I recently sold the car back to them after a year and a half, and I can confidently say they are a fantastic team. Highly recommended!
Outstanding experience with the service department at McLaren Hatfield. Rishi is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the cars, a real credit to the McLaren brand. Andy is also extremely helpful even though I didn't end up buying a car from him the experience was flawless and backed up by the service department whom I will definitely be using. The best main dealer experience I've had for years.
It's hard to think about a better car shopping experience than at McLaren's. Andy outdid himself making sure no questions were left unanswered, arranging test drive, helping with insurance - you name it. Will definitely be coming back
