When my BMW’s X1 engine started rattling, I was worried it would take days to even get an appointment. To my surprise, they were able to see me the same day. Not only did they quickly diagnose the issue, but they also explained everything to me in detail, so I fully understood what was going on with my car. The level of communication throughout the process was exceptional. They kept me updated at every stage, which gave me total peace of mind. The entire team was incredibly knowledgeable, but what really stood out was how approachable and friendly they were—something you don’t always find at a mechanic. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. The repair was done quickly, efficiently, and the cost was reasonable given the high-quality service I received. I’m beyond grateful for the outstanding service and will definitely be coming back for any future car needs. Thank you again!

VW Passat Estate Tdi: Trust my luck my turbo blew on the M11 and then damaged my engine. Al and the GCS crew helped source me an engine, drive their van to go collect it and change it all over, new clutch, cam belt and service back to life. Great service and showed me all aspects of what’s needed and what isn’t an issue. Took the car back a few days later for a simple washer but they checked it all over to see how it’s running. Done a couple of k miles since and running smooth as ever. Of course it wasn’t a cheap job considering all that was needed but wasn’t worth throwing away the car and they helped bring it back to the road. Top class
Top marks for these guys all round! My Scirocco had a low coolant flow fault on my obd scanner, so new water pump needed to be fitted, called in and they booked my in the following day, found out the secondary waterpump (smaller one) was in terrible condition, they ordered the second waterpump next day delivery, fitted parts with progress pictures to assure customer satisfactory. Got it back the next day with no issues, they even offered my warranty for work which is amazing. Got a free 'headgasket blown' test done when I arrives as well! 10/10 boys. Big thanks to VAG specialist mechanic Andy and AL for making the magic happen!!!!
