I'm always highly impressed with the care, attention to detail, professionalism and passion to deliver a quality service to customers which means my car always passes its MOT without a hitch and I have had endless years of faultless driving as a result. It is one of the best garages I've ever had the pleasure to be a customer of, and I would not go anywhere else now.
I went in with my car failing its mot while I was working in the area. Richard and Chris were fantastic keeping me updated with everything concerning the car, and the work required plus the approximate time it would be finished. It had a lot of work done, plus checks done like 4 wheel alignment. The car drives like new no creaking or noises, I would highly recommend Gents garage to anyone who needs work doing to their vehicle, thanks Richard, Chris and your hard working Staff.
First time using Gents and I will definitely use them again in the future. Took my 2016 Mercedes c300 in for a full service as it hadn’t been serviced for a while. The technicians thoroughly inspected the vehicle and found a few areas that needed rectifying. They sent a detailed report and even took photos to show me some of the defects. Very honest, thorough and friendly staff. These are clearly professionals who know how to work on high quality cars and are transparent in their service and much cheaper than main dealership. Please don’t hesitate to use Gents, would highly recommend
Had a call from Chris asking about my 0800 appointment, I had forgotten even though I was reminded by text and email. Finally arrived 2 hours late, Chris and his team were great about it even though he allocates technicians for each service and he had to move his team around to facilitate me. . As I was waiting for the service I was updated consistently being told at what stage the service was. I was offered tea which I gratefully enjoyed and asked if I was warm enough and that if I wasn’t he would put the heater on for me. I cannot praise this business too much, they are friendly and trustworthy which means so much to customers these days. Cost wise these days is a huge factor but the job needs to be done correctly using the correct components. I would highly recommend this service that Gents Garage gives and will use it again as I have done before.
I used Gents garage in recent times for what turned out to be suspected oil cooler failure on my 2013 Mercedes E350. Mercedes wanted a small fortune but as I had my car serviced previously and heard many good reviews I opted for the work to be done at Gents. They did it 'by the book', quite literally as per Mercedes guidance and doing the necessary checks on the cylinder linings etc. This work was done in October and the car is running great since. Even provided me with photos for my own benefit later to prove to a new owner the works been carried out....and it isn't a 5 min job.......would certainly recommend Gents garage.
