He hoovered the car thoroughly and was very kind. I felt very safe and we even managed to secure a safe car park with CCTV for the car. Small friendly hardworking and caring business.
I've been to a few different garages in Liverpool, and this is by far the best one! Bill and John took on a repair of my car when other garages refused. They genuinely wanted to help and within a couple of days, they were able to get to the bottom of the issue and fix it. The car passed MOT and now, six months down the line, still drives fine. The communication was great throughout - Bill and John kept me posted and explained all the repairs - in contrast to many larger Liverpool garages, where one only gets to speak to a receptionist and is not told much except for the price. Excellent service, look no further!
Used this garage for the first time today and am very happy. ABS fault sorted same day, kept me in the loop via phone all day to make sure I was happy with what was being done and very efficient!
Two friendly and efficient gents sorted my car. I was traveling from Edinburgh to Liverpool when engine management light came on. Sorted it quickly and explained everything in a way that no other garage normally takes the time to do.
I've been using Gemini Service Centre for years now and won't go anywhere else for servicing, repairs etc. The quality of the work is excellent and the pricing is fair and reasonable.
