I have been using G W Autos for the last 20 years and from the early days of Gary and Dianne to Mike and Jo the service, honesty and value has been impeccable. We recently had the first MOT done on our car through the dealership as it was in for a warranty repair and they failed it for a seat belt buckle. We were told that someone had spent a lot of time trying to fix it but it couldn’t be done, so we were quoted £250 for the repair. I spoke to Mike who asked me to bring the car down and he was confident he would sort it in less than 5 minutes. My wife took the car down and said it was sorted in less than a minute with no charge, he even buckled every belt in to make sure they wouldn’t try it on when we took it back for the re test. If you value and good service don’t go anywhere else.
Completed a full service on my 2012 Mercedes B200. Some extra work needed carried out so they called and I gave the go ahead; prices were clearly discussed throughout the process. They also gave me a list of things to keep an eye on that weren't essential repairs. I'll be using this garage again and I'd recommend them to anyone!
