I have been using G&R for over 2 years now. They service all our families cars (4No.) They offer good value and an excellent service. Just had some major work done to my BMW (after being frustrated by main dealer) and they went the extra mile to sort it. Totally satisfied.
I went to G and R just before Christmas with a car that broke down and had to be towed to them. They gave me an honest assessment and could not fix the problem as it required specialist diagnostics and referred me a specialist garage allowing me to keep the car at their site until it could be picked up 7 days later. My beloved mini convertible was seen by three other garages and all claimed the engine was pretty much kaput and that I should get a new engine, or get rid of the car. The guys at G&R assessed the car and quoted me to fix it. It’s now running better than it ever did! My heartfelt thanks!
