They saved me a significant amount of money excluding works that were deemed unnecessary. They also removed a nail and repaired my tyre at no extra cost. Sue was very helpful and friendly. She kindly offered to pick my car up from home and return it once works were completed. It's clear everyone at FRM is committed to serving their customers with excellence and ensuring they leave satisfied. Really pleased I got my car repaired with FRM and certainly highly recommend them.
I have been using FRM for a number of years now for both my cars and vans Francis is a very knowledgeable, honest, no nonsense, no bull type of guy who employs a great team of lads. They always keep me informed during the diagnostic process of any potential issues and costs. They carry out the work to a very high standard and at very reasonable cost. Let’s not forget Sue at the helm. Always very friendly and helpful. I would have no reservations about recommending FRM and have done so on many occasions. Wanted to put a review due to how great they are! My clutch wouldn’t go into gear and I was stuck on a rubbish road with other drivers not giving me a chance to get out of the car even though my hazards were on. My dealership failed me massively (was told I didn’t have roadside recovery when I did) and my breakdown cover on my insurance would have taken 2 hours to get to me. Called FRM and they got a pick up truck over to me within 20 minutes! I can’t thank them enough for their prompt service. Always use these guys for services and MOT and they give honest advice when it comes to what work is needed!
Back for another MOT on my van. Been using FRM for several years for commercial van serving, MOT'S and repairs. Always very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. And another great jib on my van.
