Very very happy with foxtail garage!! Phoned up just before Christmas to get my car in for a service. Courtney on the phone was very helpful and paitent with getting the car booked in asap for me Took it in for a service today(30/12/2023) and malcolm was very good, kind and helpful. Was very good with explaining everything that was wrong with it and explained everything he was replacing so nothing was unexpected. Malcolm is very knowledgeable and takes pride in what he is doing so now I wouldn’t take my car anywhere or let anyone else touch it. A very honest and a fabulous service all around from foxtail garage Highly recommend 5 stars!!
New to the area...checked out reviews...and majority seem to be good..gave them my 3 Series 320d for service...all good and some good advice too...they all seem to be a nice friendly/capable lot... fair pricing but more importantly...they gave me confidence in there service.. Will certainly use them again.. kind regards Kevin Simms
Fantastic friendly bussiness, they properly take the time to expain exactly what the issue is and what needs to be done to correct the problem. trust their prices completely as they provide a breakdown before continuing with any work. I will not take my car anywhere else now.
Really pleased with this garage! I took my JCW mini in for a service, MOT and diagnostics as I had an engine light on and knew there were a few issues and wanted a BMW specialist to have a look. They kept in touch brilliantly, advising me on what was wrong, explained it very well and gave me constant price estimates. My turbo was damaged and they gave me multiple options. Car drives so much better now, it’s really noticeable. I have really struggled to find a decent garage in the past but this is the only place I will use now! Thank you very much.
