It's the best garage experience I've had. I live miles away, so they went over and above and replaced my clutch the same day so that I was not stranded. The clutch feels velvet smooth now, and I love my car again. The mechanic called me to tell me my car was ready and he was such a nice man. I don't know his name, but he had a voice like melted butter. When I went to collect my car, Mel and Caroline were so kind to me. I can't recommend this garage enough. Xx
I needed a cambelt change on my focus. I went to several garages looking for a quote and was told by them all it is a wet belt which means a little bit more work then a standard cambelt change. Typical! I also found someone that does cash in hand work and quoted me to do the belt replacement. Fox Garage came out with the best price! I have previously used this garage for an MOT last year and was happy with the service- I could use their website to book in my MOT when it suited me which I found easy and convenient. A few other garages in the local area were a few hundred pound more for the belt change!! I also needed my car back as soon as possible.. I got a call the same day I dropped it off to say it was ready to collect! Which was amazing because I knew my belt had to be ordered after it was stripped down due to their being a few different part choices so I wasn't expecting them to be able to strip it down, order what belt I needed, wait for it to arrive and then fit it all in the same day! From start to finish, it was hassle free. The staff I did interact with were polite and knowledgeable. Very happy customer and have trust to return to them for all my future car needs.
Booked my MOT and service online. Two days before I called to change the day from a Thursday to a Wednesday. Was swiftly helped by James, who then told me about their pick up and drop off service. This helped me out so much as I would have had to navigate going to and from the garage with a 6 month old baby in not great weather. James kept me updated on my car situation throughout the day, he was so helpful so friendly. Jobs were done and everything so reasonably priced. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others especially other mothers with young babies.
I sent a booking request the night before for a service on my partners Renault Clio. Mike the MD for Fox responded that night to confirm my booking. I arrived at 8am on a Saturday morning and the staff could not of been more helpful. The car was ready by midday and the service along with all the documentation had been done. Standard service was only £99 which is excellent value for money. Mike and the team are excellent and I have no hesitations in using them for my future vehicle needs. Highly recommend.
