I arrived early but they could accommodate me and fitted the new tyres while I waited. They checked tyre pressure and sent me an email report on the tread and condition of the two other remaining tyres. Excellent service. Polite and helpful. Highly recommended especially on price.
Lovely people working here! I called up late Friday night asking if they’d have an appointment for Saturday to fix my tyre which had a puncture from a bolt stuck in it the guy said he did but, if I wanted to take the car up there and then they’d be able to fix it for me today providing they had stock of a new tyre if needed. I took my car up 40 minutes before they closed Friday night and they were able to take a look at the tyre and fix it all within an hour of me even realising I had a puncture. Overall amazing service :)
As a female user of nearly 3 years here, I knew I was fine when tyres I was told by another company I needed and then ordered with F1 were refunded when they went to install, due to my tyres being absolutely fine. Always transparent with communication, costs, never an issue on vehicle return. Highly recommend!
