from 196 reviews on GoogleRung up this morning and mention the problem with my car, one of the men said bring it down and he’ll squeeze me into have a look at it, took my car in and then around 3 I got a call back saying they couldn’t see anything wrong with it and tried to get the light to come back on, but nothing happened. Took my car home with no charge, I’ve always used this garage for the very reason today, they are genuine and reliable and will always try their the best to help. Very welcoming and friendly staff, I offered to at least give them a tip, but they said it wasn’t necessary and to have a good day. I 100% recommend this garage to anyone I know.
Had a puncture on Saturday morning. Drove it in, told me there was a couple in front of me. Could either wait or would call from home. Friendly courteous. no hassle no bother and job done.
Ok, booked appointment for 13:00 on Monday. I arrived, only to be told my tyres had not been delivered, but were due @ 2:30.I was asked to return at 15:00. I returned as requested, tyres fitted, but when checked at home, only one dust cap & that was the wrong colour. That said, it was an ok experience & I will use Formula 1 again. Many thanks to the Store Manager, could not apologise enough, did a good job.
really friendly staff, only went and had my headlight changed but didn’t take much time at all, very fair prices compared to other companies. these guys seem to have their heads screwed on and won’t try and mess you around like a lot of other mechanics. thanks again guys :)
Very impressive. I had a cracked wheel, so my car failed its MOT. The staff member recommended a company i booked my car in the same day for the repair and took it back once it was completed. They retested the car, and it passed the mot.
