Unfortunately I had discovered that I had a puncture on my commute home from work this evening in rush hour, gave Mike a call & he was more than happy to help! Sent Josh out on his way to remove and collect my wheel from my car, take it back to the unit, fix and solve the issue, and refit it back to my vehicle, what a brilliant service! They couldn’t have been any more help! Fair play guys, leading the way in the motor Industry, 5 starts from me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Had my wheel alignment done today and was charged £30 cheaper than any of the other garages i asked. When the car came off the ramp the guy i was dealing with asked if i minded him driving it down the road to check everything was ok. Whilst i was there i asked for a price for a service and this came in £85 cheaper than my cheapest quote for the same level of service. very honest and helpful today thank you.
Brilliant garage! Went in this morning with a suspected slow puncture on front tyre, was seen right away; it turns out it only needed a valve core change for which they said no charge as it was such a quick fix! Would definitely recommend.
Always 1st class service from Formula First. They manage to fit you in for emergencies and always give the best advice for longevity & safety of my Alhambra as well as honest billing. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
