Just took my transit in for diagnostics, excellent and detailed break down of the codes and explanations of what they mean, demonstrated excellent customer service and fully reassured that there is nothing to worry about. Very happy customer will 100% be using Formula First for all my future vehicles and next MOT on my current vehicle. Great job guys. 👍👍👍
I took my car to formula first in need of some help putting my interior mirror back up. The staff were great and so helpful. Managed to fix it for me in less than 5 minutes even though I didn’t have an appointment. Highly recommend
We had a tyre pressure loss warning on the M5, which turned out to be a slow puncture, so we drove to Formula First in Worle. They were so helpful and dealt with it straight away, finding a small nail in the tread. They repaired our tyre for a very reasonable price and we went happily on our way. While we were there several other customers came in and they were all dealt with thoughtfully and efficiently. We were very impressed with the staff and the service they offer and thoroughly recommend them.
Had a flat tyre on a Sunday - which AA managed to put a spare temporary one on! Rang Formula First to see if they had any spaces today - they were so helpful! Fitted it quickly, knowledgeable and kept me in the loop! Also gave me some advice - so I’ll be booking in my back tyres in the new year! Very happy customer and I’ll recommend you!
