He rang me to let me know the problem and gave me the price from the offset which remained the same from start to finish. The work was carried out the same day and I was able to collect my van later that afternoon. Very impressed with the service and would highly recommend this garage for your car repairs. I can't thank them enough for their prompt service.
Great experience with Steve, really looked after me. Not only did he check over my car multiple times, at short notice but sorted out the issue in no time at all for a great price. So happy with the service here, already booked in for future MOT. A brilliant little local gem.
Amazing service, got me in the same day as my cars engine and skid warning lights came on, got it fixed quickly. Friendly and helpful service. Highly recommended. Can't wait to use this service when I become a ADI.
Amazing service from this garage. I was tired of using the garage we had for years - they were so miserable and made you always feel like a problem no matter how much you were paying out and how much notice you gave to book things in (and we have 4 vehicles that need regular work.) So I tried Forge and what a difference. Top friendly staff who actually seem to appreciate the work. Helped me out massively today on an MOT for a car (BMW) late in the day on mad Friday - the last Friday before Christmas. Thanks guys I really appreciate your help today and will recommend you to everyone.
Had my 1st ever booking with Forge today, communication was easy, booking was easy, answered the phone quite quickly when I did call. Clearly stated the price from the start, that didn’t change or go up, was quite a large job so any garage would price it high but it was slightly less than other quotes I’d had from garages further away. Dropping off on the day was easy, clean reception area, friendly staff, easy process in general. Communication was clear when the vehicle would be ready- needed it within a time frame to co-inside with collecting a dog from the vets and children from school and I was luckily they managed to get it done within that time, but I was flexible and understanding of the length of the job would take to complete and test safely. Thanks lads ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
