From first contact to last I can't rate them highly enough. From Ed on the phone and his very upbeat manner to the man (forgot to ask his name) who delivered my beast back to me. Hopefully I'll not be in need of their services again but if I DO, I know my beast will be in the best possible hands. Thankyou FMG REPAIR SERVICES CHATHAM!
Luke Melville resprayed the rear right quarter for me, turned around in only a few hours and done very well with no signs of a repair being done. 100% would recommend
I don't do reviews but felt the need to due to such a great service I had, the whole team are professional and friendly, Ed Hartley on the front desk was very helpful nothing was too much for him, I wanted some explanation of what was happening to my car and Mick explained everything and was so patient with all my questions, had the joy of meeting kira the manager when the job was done, so friendly and professional, some of the workshop staff helped me get my car out onto the road arranged by rick the workshop manager, and they was all such a laugh and kind to me, nothing was a problem, great team top to bottom, amazing!
