They communicated with me every step of the way sending me videos and prices regularly. After replacing my heater matrix and blower motor pipe I have my car back safe and sound. The lady on reception was also super nice and welcoming and kept me updated as I waited. 5 Stars
I arrived on a Sunday without a booking to ask for a pre inspection of an Audi Q7 and they fitted me in for an inspection on the same day when I explained how far I'd travelled, which was very kind of them. Their inspection and advice was very comprehensive. They spotted and showed me several issues with the car that I'd never have guessed it had given how nice it looked. I took their advice and returned the car to the seller. I found the the team are very friendly, helpful and highly competent. Their prices were very favourable too. I highly recommend their services.
They are very helpful and quick in there job and very professional in work. Best service in all Birmingham. Must give them a chance and you never go to other shop once you here.
I have been using flashfit ever since I came to Birmingham, they are really good, the first time they just picked up the work sorted my car and even delivered my car back to me. Second time they fixed my bumper in 5 minutes :D Third time they fixed all 4 tyres of my car on the same day. They have never made me wait. Customer service is really good, Chama and the other lovely lady from Pakistan are really sweet. Their mechanic team I think is very efficient. Highly professional people, I recommend flash fit for everyone in Birmingham, they are close to where I live so it’s very convenient for me. Keep up the good work team
