However, Chad and the team have been fantastic every step of the way, doing everything possible to ensure the car was repaired to the highest standard and advocating for the right solution. They even dropped a courtesy to me over 50 miles away, then dropped my car back to me. Many thanks to Fix Auto Sittingbourne - truly the best body shop I’ve dealt with in years!
Just want to say a massive thank you to the entire team at Fix Auto Sittingbourne for the recent work carried out on my beautiful BMW 640 MSport Gran Coupe. After a recent disastrous ‘repair’ by another local ‘outfit’ just to repair a few scratches and tiny dings to the doors which was totally screwed up, I took the car down for an initial assessment by Lewis and immediately booked the car in. True to his word, the car has now been corrected and simply looks stunning. I found the entire team reassuringly friendly and professional but I must say a special thank you to Lewis for his exceptional service dealing with all my queries and concerns where nothing seemed to much trouble - the guy’s a legend… If you have a car you really love and cherish, don’t cut corners - just pay a little more and leave it with the true pros like these guys.
Very professional service. The price was competitive and the quality of work was impressive. The dent/scratch was completely gone with no signs of it having ever existed. Refined went above and beyond by also ensuring that the car was kept in good condition even after the work had been done. Friendly and helpful staff with customer service a top priority.
So happy with the new diffuser and exhaust for my car. Just had it done at Refined automotive services in Sittingbourne. They have done such a good job. They went above and beyond to make sure my car looked its best. I'd 110% recommend them. Brilliant paint job and fitting. The staff were really helpful.
