Incredibly happy with the service and the speed of the turn around, would recommend to anybody who needs there car fixed 👍🏼
They fitted 4 tyres for me, via a Black Circles order. I called Filmers to check they had received the (PM) appointment confirmation from BC, they hadn’t! They were good humoured about it (I have also had this issue with BC previously) and after a quick conversation, despite being busy, they offered me a fitting slot at 3pm. All 4 tyres were fitted in under one hour 👍🏻
Booked and took car in for MOT. Asked if I wanted to wait, which I did, and was done well within timescale. Waiting room feels a safe environment during this pandemic as seats are well spaced and social distanced. Mechanics park car after test and remove covers to assure contact with surfaces have been zero. Car keys are taken from you with a sanitised towel. Anyone worried in this unusual time shouldn't be. Hand sanitiser is available if you don't use your own. Only requirement as standard is a mask. An excellent garage, have used in the past and likely to do so in the future. Definitely worth 5 stars.
Just wanted to say thank you for the great service,leaking coolant lead to new radiator,diagnosed and fitted on same day, my car wasn't even booked in, would defo recommend.
