Decided to have the vehicle serviced with same dealer and was again very happy with the process. Car was collected and returned washed and hoovered.
Great garage. Reminded annually before service is due and I have started using the pick up from home option. Kept up to date on the day and have had no problems. Staff always pleasant, would recommend.
I called in here for a second-hand Fiat 500 and was looked after by Nick Young. It was only my second car, the first having been bought from a general garage. Nick was wonderful, very straightforward and informative with not hint of pressure. We took it out for a test drive and then I thought it over for a day. Getting all the paperwork sorted was easy and comes with plenty of benefits as a SPOTICAR approved dealer. I am not a local and he was also very helpful in letting me know where my Fiat can be taken care of closer to home. 10/10 would recommend and thank you for a great car buying experience.
Only been to Canterbury Fiat twice now, and both times I have received superb customer service! The staff are polite and informative and the garage itself it clean and welcoming! The work carried out was done promptly and whilst I waited. What’s more, is they cleaned the car too! Thank you
