They suggested to give Fensomes a call, which I did, managed to drop the car off on a Monday, diagnostics check was prompt and repair was all completed within a week (with some delays on my side as I had to gain warranty approval). Fully satisfied with how my car was turned around quickly. Many thanks all and keep up the good work!
Nayan was friendly and transparent. Pricing is competitive and reasonable compared to manufacturer garage. Work done in a good amount of time too. Recommend going direct to avoid disappointment with quotes (a comparison site misquoted me twice for this job).
Mr Nayan was incredibly helpful from start to finish when dealing with my problematic BMW. He is a genuine and honest person and kept me in the know from start to finish. I will continue to use Fensomes in the future and would highly recommend them. Thank you
I have to say that the customer service from Nayan and his team , is simply 2nd to none, having taken my GTI to him on Friday explained what was wrong, they had it sorted by 3pm, and Nayan kept in touch throughout the process, great professionalism and I would recommend them to anyone. Chris.
Have used Fensomes to service my Mercedes Cars for a few years and find them just as good as the dealerships and reasonably priced too. Plus they do digital service records too !
