Steve was very welcoming from the beginning providing such great service, examining the damage to my vehicle accurately and went over and beyond keeping me up to date throughout work being carried out by the great team and did his job efficiently which I cannot fault instructing the team what to do. Received a loan vehicle too which Steve managed to sort and driver Gary who delivered to my address and was also very polite and answered any questions I had. Gary delivered my vehicle today not long ago via truck and looking at the vehicle, I can’t say how over the moon I am with the end product. Cannot fault Steve and his team, great people providing outstanding service and highly recommend them. Doesn’t matter about the price if too high, it’s about the quality and end result of product. Overall, very satisfied with the product and no doubt, definitely will be using Fastlane (Steve and his team’s services) again always for any body repair work to my vehicle needing to be done in the future. Thank you very much Fastlane for everything (Steve and team) - you guys are absolutely amazing and simply the best for providing this outstanding service to me. I would give 20 YELLOW STARS to Steve and his team for this great work.
Great service and great work from fastlane! They dealt with my insurance claim repair very quickly and professionally, I expected the car to be gone for much longer than it was. You can't tell the vehicle has had accident repair and is flawless great job all over and perfect colour match. Vehicle was picked up and delivered back to my home address by very nice and professional people and in really nice clean condition. Anil gave me frequent updates by phone letting me know how the repairs were going and answered any questions I had, perfect service from him. 100% recommend fastlane to anyone who wants high quality vehicle repairs from a company doing proper work and not cutting corners.
Ken and the team at FastLane were incredibly helpful when my Mercedes GLC Coupe was involved in an accident. Ken liaised with the third party insurer, the car hire company and collected and dropped off my vehicle. My vehicle was returned in a beautiful condition along with a lifetime warranty for the work completed. I would highly recommend for a smooth process and a company that you can trust with your car. Taken my Mercedes in for a few repairs to be done, main damage being the back bumper, and was completed to the highest quality which I was very pleased with. Also had a parking dent which was removed for free which I am very grateful for. My car was given back in immaculate condition in terms of cleanliness. Personally the best clean my car has had since I’ve owned it. Wilson Zhang who works in customer liaison is who I had dealt with during the process. He is a real credit to his team. He is polite, respectful and also courteous to any problems that may arise during the process. I look forward to coming back here if needs be in future. I would like to say thanks again to Wilson and the team who worked on my car.
Had a wonderful experience using Fastlane. There were severe delays on Tesla parts which were out of their hands, yet Jay from fast lane kept me updated every week without fail. Their communication and professionalism goes without saying. My car was delivered yesterday looking even more new then when I first bought it. Highly recommend Jay and the whole team at Fastlane.
