I worked with them privately, and they billed the third-party insurance company, whose insured driver was at fault. I spoke with Jorge, who was incredibly professional and provided excellent customer service. From the start, he took all the stress off my shoulders, handling everything on my behalf. He took my details, booked my car in for repairs, communicated with the third-party insurance company, and even addressed a few extra things I mentioned. I would like to thank Mr Ali Jafari at Fastlane Paint (Mercedes Benz). My partner had a small accident that damaged my car, and I contacted Fastlane. Ali was excellent throughout the process of claiming insurance, picking up my car for repair, and delivering it back to my different address. He kept me informed of the progress over the week, and the repair work is excellent ! I would definitely recommend them.
