He diagnosed the problem I was having with my stuck brakes over the phone and fit me into his busy schedule just a few days later - the wait for the dealership garage I've been to before was over 15 days. He stopped me paying a huge amount to have my car towed by coming himself to release my breaks, and then drove my car to the shop so I didn't have to Uber back or wait around. He was quick and efficient and returned my car within the day, having fixed the problem, changed over my wheels to make them last longer and handled my MOT, all for an extremely reasonable price. Given that it's the first time I've used him, the level of service for a complete stranger was truly incredible. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else from now on!
Andy was so helpful, we had a company van break down in the area and although he wasn't in the area to help, he directed us to a parts garage nearby who had the part we needed. Andy gave some excellent advice and offered to help us later on if the parts garage couldn't assist. Really nice to find someone genuinely going out of their way to help when he could have just said sorry and hung up.
I've used this garage for years, having been recommended by a friend. Despite the fact that I've moved away from Maidenhead, I always come back here to have my car serviced. Andy, who runs the garage, is probably one of the nicest blokes you'll meet. Genuine, and down to earth. I've had quite a bit of work done on my car, as well as routine services, and all I can say is the car runs like it's new every time I get it back. I trust Andy completely, the work that he says needs done is done, and it's done well. And at an extremely fair price. Apart from that, if you book in advance, he'll sort you out with a loan car for as long as the work takes. Can't rate this place highly enough. He doesn't advertise. all his work is gained through recommendation. Use him, and you'll see why.
Andy has been extremely helpful in sorting out a couple of mechanical issues with both my car and van. He is very thorough and works on your vehicle as if it were his own.
Andy accommodated me on very short notice. A thorough professional and knows exactly what he is supposed to do with a focus on customer needs at heart. Highly recommended and my go to person for any car works.
