Great place and very helpful. Had a problem with a car on route to Southampton and they manage to sort for me. Well done
Able to squeeze me in at short notice, within an hour of leaving the car with them I had a call to say what was wrong with it, how much it would cost and to also let me know they could fix it the same day. Very polite staff. Will recommend and will definitely be using them again.
Was able to fit me in same day despite being fully booked to help me out. My repair was reasonably priced being half the price Halfords were looking to charge. I was quoted £65 labour but once completed went down to £48 after completing. Repair only took about 20 minutes too which was a bonus. Had no issues at all for a first time experience with them. Will definitely use them again going forward for other services.
Cannot praise Falcon enough the service is five star, the staff are friendly and helpful. Especially like to mention Jackie on Reception and Connor who did the air con.
