If I could give more stars, I would! Everyone knows that having your car break down is a horrible experience, but David and the team made the whole process so much more comfortable! It was beyond "customer service" and it meant me and my family could go on holiday knowing the car was in great hands! Will not take my car anywhere else and can not recommend enough.
Took my car there today for the first time . Very friendly people great waiting area lovely great coffee machine the toilets were spotless/ clean . Had the tracking done drives great . I read other people s review s before I went there not surprised 5 stars outstanding service thank you I’ll be back 100%
100% the only garage worth using. The most honest and reliable staff I've ever encountered in this industry and my latest experience took this to the next level. I suffered a breakdown at 1800hrs, got on the phone to Brett, he not only sent someone out to see if they could help roadside, but they kept someone at the garage to make sure I got it there ok after recovery (was 1930hrs at this point). By 1100hrs this morning I had a call saying it was fixed. Water pump replaced! I have and always will use Eurorepar/BeeCool!
Yesterday, my bonnet flew open on the A14 and smashed my windscreen. I was very shaken up on my own in the car. I called my fiance to let him know and he called Eurorepar Kettering, a garage 10mins away. David, from was Eurorepar was so kind, he kept the shop open for me after 6pm on a Friday night. He gave me sweets and biscuits to calm me down and gave me advice on what to do with the car. He didn't have to do this - but it was wonderful to be shown such kindness in such a scary moment. Thank you David for looking after me :) - Bethany
