Told me what I should be expecting to pay elsewhere and that there were other garages that he would be comfortable recommending me to. I will definitely be back in the future as I was made to feel really at ease.
Reliable, well priced and quick. Would recommend! I have been going to Ernrick Motors for several years to service my car. They have always been very easy and no nonsense to talk to, completed the work to a high standard and quick too. Easily located in Elm Park, would definitely go back to them again.
Despite living in Elm Park for a long time, I had never used Enrick's before as I used to take my car to the garage my Dad uses, which is in Dagenham! This year I thought I would try here as it's a lot easier for me to take my car to and collect from! Called them a few days before and was pleased they were able to fit me in. Was straightforward to drop the car in and my MOT was done within 35 minutes, giving me just enough time for a walk round the block and to grab a hot drink from Greggs, which is conveniently just across the road. Pleased that my car passed, but even more pleased that there garage do a discount for emergency service workers on the cost of the MOT. Staff are friendly, experienced and effective communicators. Will definitely be using them again next year. FYI; don't forget, if you have child seats in your car, take them out for the MOT as no garage is allowed to touch them so they can't check your seat belts and have to give you an advisory. I actually remembered this year!
I had a problem with rain entering the boot of my car. Something needed sealing to prevent water ingress. I spoke to a man at Ernick's who was honest enough to say that they have problems identifying these issues. He advised me to contact a body shop. All credit, as he could have booked my car in for something which may not have been fixed. I have been informed by several friends that this garage is very good and reasonable for repairing general car faults.
I would highly recommend this garage to anyone! Especially ladies. Chris is a top bloke! All the guys at the garage are so friendly and put you at ease straight away. Chris Is as honest as the day is long and I trust him completely! I will never use another garage again. They do a great job and great on prices. I've been ripped off so many times just because I'm a women! But not here. Honestly ladies if you want good honest people that do good honest work enricks is 10/10 I couldn't recommend enough!
