Great communicators on whatsapp. Starting problem with our Hyundai i20 - efficiently booked in, did the diagnostics, with parts provided and installed for a reasonable price quote. Fixed in 2 working days. Same time did a full itemised service around £300 including VAT and fuel/running additives, they do interims too, and MOTs. Collect and deliver car back to our home in EN9 with nice in/out valet included. Empire are a great garage, reliable, enthusiastic and always cheerful. Highly recommended to all honest car owners who care about their vehicles.
I had an excellent experience with Empire Garages. They collected my car, communicated well with me, regassed my Aircon really quickly and had the car back within 90 minutes. Also very reasonably priced. Very little inconvenience to me and now I'm nice and cool!
My car had failed its Mot and I was struggling to find a reliable garage avaliable to carry out the necessary works. Simon was immediately very helpful and offered to pick up the car the next day. He even cleaned the car for me and came back looking and driving like a beaut. Thanks again Simon and team, I know who I can count on in future.
2024 Update: Got my brake pads and discs x 4 done and dash cam front and back. Kaushik and Simon started their work on time and even though they had a full schedule they did not rush the job. They were thorough and careful. Cannot recommend these boys enough. A continued 5 star service. 2022: Kaushik and Simon offer a wonderful and reliable service. Car pick up was prompt at the stated time, they called to check if I was happy to get the work done before they did it, and dropped off the car right on time. Kaushik and Simon are knowledgable and very honest, I highly recommend them for the services they offer. I’ll definitely be using them again and again.
