Great experience. Iam really pleased with their honesty 😀. I did go for a repair this morning and after a good look they honestly said that they can not fix my car as it was some major issues with few oil leaks.They also spend some time to explain a brief about the issues and also suggested me few places I could get my Zafira fixed and did not even charge me a dime. So far I could not get a mechanic to fix my issues, but that's my bad luck.
Got a slow puncture driving home from work, on inspection there was a screw sticking out of the tyre. Went to garage and they had a look a found a new one in stock and changed it there and then. Prompt service at a reasonable price. Thoroughly satisfied.
I've used elite garage many times Matt & his team are so helpful friendly & professional. I would highly recommend them. They have serviced & mot'd mine and my family's cars over the years. They pulled out all the stops today to fix my sons exhaust & service his car . I live in gosport but happily travel round to Portsmouth for their excellent service
Very professional, honest, and humane. I'm not local, and when my car developed brake-related fault, they were quick to inspect and picked up the fault within 5mins. When they couldn't help at the time due to part availability, kindly offered to keep the car safe over the weekend until able to transfer to garage able to sort it out. All this done without me paying a dime. Safe to say, I'll be using their garage for my regular servicing now.
