My handbrake broke whilst travelling between Salisbury and Bournemouth. Whilst waiting for road rescue I rang several garages to find out which garage would be able to carry out the repair. Although Elite didn't hold the part, they were the only garage that offered to find out about the part and called me back to say when it could be delivered (the following day) and provided a quote for the work which I accepted. My car was later towed to them and left overnight. I collected my car the following afternoon. The service was great - they called back as promised, provided an accurate quote for work and completed the work promptly. I collected my car the following afternoon. 👍🙂👍🙂👍🙂 The people were courteous, helpful and did what they promised. This is the only garage I will be using in future and have encouraged both my sister and daughter to do so as well. Thank you Elite Garage, Bournemouth.
Great service and super quick! we were visiting from Wales and hit a pot hole, the guys ordered the tyres for next day delivery for us and fitting first thing! Our alloy was bent from the impact but they recommend somebody who could fix it straight away and then fitted our tyre straight after too! Got us back on the road within a few hours, couldn’t recommend enough.
Very friendly, helpful and professional service. I had my cambelt done here and the price was very competitive. I would certainly recommend Elite and will return there for any future works needed.
I took my car in for a gold service, staff are very pleasant and my car is definitely driving better. However I was a bit disappointed that my car had not been cleaned as well but perhaps this is not standard in the UK. I recently returned from South Africa where your car will be valeted after even the most basic service. Apart from that, though, I was very satisfied.
