I booked in for a same day appointment. I found them to be so polite, friendly and professional. I was happy with their work on my car and absolutely blown away by their amazing customer service, they went above and beyond. After dropping my car in to them, instead of letting me walk home which would have taken me 45 mins, they drove me home. Then a few hours later after calling me to inform me the work was complete, they even drove my car back to my home. I was very grateful. Thanks again. I will definitely be a returning customer and will continue recommending your company.
Quite simply the best little business I have had the pleasure of dealing with in many years. They are polite, friendly, professional, reliable and reasonably priced. I was so impressed that I swapped all of my company vehicles from their franchised dealer servicing schedules to these guys and even my specialist very old car. I can’t rate them highly enough and have to say that Tim, the man who seems to know everything you need to know, is a genuinely friendly, lovely chap. Brilliant.
Had my MOT done at this garage today, felt a bit unsure as have used another garage for the last 20 years and had never had any issues with them, just couldn’t get booked it. But Tim was brilliant and gave me over and above what I would consider excellent customer service. My MOT failed as I needed a new tyre which I thought would be the case but he helped me locate a new one, which I have had fitted and the retest done. Brilliant service and I will definitely be using and recommending their services in the future
I was impressed by the excellent customer service shown by the manager Tim and the good quality work on the car. I had only one day to repair my car and pass MOT. They didn't let me down. The car was repaired on time and it has passed MOT. Highly recommend this guys.
I had just done my MOT with them, and it failed, but the gentlemen over the counter were funny and explained to me nicely what I needed to do. I fixed my car and taken back to them for the retest, and it was done within 15 minutes. Excellent and professional services. Thanks
